In the event that you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your Account, you must notify Slot6000 Customer Support immediately. The Company accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account, including losses resulting from unauthorised use of your credentials where you have failed to take reasonable precautions.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or lock any Account where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Account has been compromised, is being accessed by an unauthorised party, or is otherwise being used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms. In such circumstances, the Company will use reasonable endeavours to notify the registered Account holder.

Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are processed as promptly as practicable. For DuitNow and FPX transfers, most withdrawals are completed within 15 minutes of approval. Processing times for other methods may vary. The Company reserves the right to apply additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend the processing timeframe.
All funds deposited into your Account must originate from payment sources registered in your own name. The Company will not process deposits from, or withdrawals to, third-party accounts. Any breach of this requirement may result in Account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities under applicable anti-money laundering legislation.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by Slot6000 are subject to specific terms, which will be published at the time of each offer. In the event of any conflict between the general terms set out in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Birthday bonuses are credited to verified Accounts on the registered date of birth of the Account holder. The bonus amount is determined by the Account's loyalty tier at the time of crediting. Loyalty programme benefits, tier thresholds, and points earning rates may be amended by the Company from time to time. Players will be notified of material changes to the loyalty programme via the Platform.
All bets are accepted subject to these Terms and any applicable game-specific or market-specific rules. Slot6000 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reverse any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet has been placed in error, in connection with a system malfunction, or in breach of these Terms.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts per game or betting market are displayed within the Platform interface at the time of placing a bet. These limits may differ across game categories and player account levels and are subject to change.
In the event of a game or system malfunction — including software errors, connectivity failures, or incorrect display of game results — Slot6000 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return stakes to the respective Account Balances. Live dealer game results are determined by physical outcomes under the supervision of a live dealer and monitoring team. Technical issues experienced on the Player's side (including internet connectivity problems) do not entitle the Player to a reversal of bets already placed.

The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from Platform unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or losses arising from the outcome of games or sporting events. This exclusion applies regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or whether the Company had been advised of the possibility of such losses.
Slot6000 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantively affect your rights or obligations — the Company will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Account holders via the email address on file or through a prominent Platform notice.
Amendments to these Terms shall take effect from the date specified in the notice, which shall be no less than seven (7) days following notification except where immediate amendment is required to comply with applicable law, regulatory direction, or to address security or fraud concerns, in which case immediate effect may apply.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of your Account Balance in accordance with the applicable withdrawal procedures.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Slot6000 holds its operating licence, without regard to conflict of law principles.

These Terms are issued in English, which shall be the controlling language for all purposes. Any translations provided are for convenience only and shall not have legal effect. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
